Nongpoh, July 3: In a proud achievement for Ri-Bhoi district, Audreyna Syngkli of Umden Nongtluh has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education by the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong.
She was conferred the doctoral degree for her research thesis titled “Management and Leadership Styles of Higher Education Institutions in Meghalaya.” The research was successfully completed under the guidance of Prof. C. Nongbri as Supervisor and Prof. Ibadani Syiem as Joint Supervisor.
Audreyna is the daughter of Morismol Khymdeit and Chester Syngkli of Umden Nongtluh, Ri-Bhoi district. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Ri-Bhoi College, Nongpoh.
