Guwahati, May 20, 2026: The Assam Royal Global University (RGU) organised a Placement Felicitation Programme at its campus on Tuesday to celebrate the achievements of students who secured placements and career opportunities in various reputed organisations.

The programme was attended by faculty members, university officials, placement coordinators, industry representatives and students, who gathered to mark the successful placement season for the academic year 2025–26.

According to the university, more than 70 companies participated in the campus recruitment drives this year, with hundreds of students receiving placement offers across different sectors and industries.

During the event, the university recognised and honoured the students for their hard work, dedication and professional excellence demonstrated throughout the recruitment process.

Speaking on the occasion, university authorities congratulated the placed students and encouraged them to continue pursuing excellence as they begin their professional careers.

The programme also highlighted the university’s continued focus on academic excellence, industry engagement, skill development and the overall growth of students.
