The official music video of FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem “Dai Dai” by global pop icon Shakira and Nigerian superstar Burna Boy premiered today on YouTube, generating massive excitement among football and music fans worldwide.
While the official video was released today, the song itself had already been launched on May 15 as part of FIFA’s promotional campaign for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Since its release, “Dai Dai” has gone viral across social media platforms, with fans praising its energetic blend of Latin pop and Afrobeats while comparing it to Shakira’s iconic 2010 World Cup anthem “Waka Waka.”
The newly released video has further increased online buzz, especially following reports that football stars Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé make cameo appearances in the production.
At the same time, another FIFA World Cup 2026 track titled “Goals” has also been making waves online. The song features BLACKPINK member Lisa alongside Brazilian singer Anitta and Nigerian artist Rema, bringing together global music stars from different genres and regions.
“Goals,” which was released earlier this week, has quickly gained popularity among fans and is reportedly set to be performed live during the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Los Angeles.
Both songs are part of FIFA’s official World Cup 2026 music campaign as the organisation builds global excitement ahead of the tournament, which will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Apart from “Dai Dai” and “Goals,” FIFA is also expected to release additional songs including “Lighter,” “Por Ella,” “Echo,” and “Illuminate” as part of the official World Cup soundtrack.
