Shillong, Jun 14: Around 6000 members of the Catholic Church took part in the annual pilgrimmage held at the Sacred Heart Shrine, Mawlai today.
The gathering began with the Eucharistic Adoration, followed by the Holy Eucharist celebrated by the Archbishop of Shillong, Most Reverend Victor Lyngdoh.

The afternoon service featured Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction animated by Kupar Shadap and Group. Spiritual talk was delivered by Fr. Raphael Maïong, SDB.
The gathering concluded with a special blessing imparted by the Provincial of the Salesian Province of Shillong, Fr. John Zosiama.
The pilgrimmage brought together faithful from various parishes, oratory centres, fostering a spirit of prayer, devotion, and unity.
