Shillong, July 16: A Meghalaya man hailing from Muktapur in West Jaiñtia Hills District has reportedly gone missing while travelling in Karnataka.
According to reports, Kwis Sumer was travelling by train from Bengaluru to Huballi in North Karnataka on July 13 at night.
His family has been unable to establish contact with him since that journey and there is growing concerns by the family regarding his safety and wellbeing.

Meanwhile, the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) Bengaluru Unit has appealed to people of Karnataka to assist in tracing the missing man.

“We earnestly request all members of the public, especially those in Karnataka, to remain vigilant and share this information widely. Any information, no matter how small, may prove crucial in helping locate him and reunite him with his family,” the KSU Bengaluru Unit said in the appeal.
