Shillong, Sep 4: Vice President of India, C P Radhakrishnan will visit Meghalaya next week.
Radhakrishnan who will be in Shillong on September 7 and 8 will have a lot of projects to inaugurate. He will also address a gathering at State Central Library.
This is a maiden visit by Radhakrishnan after he assumed office on September 12, 2025.

His predecessor Jagdeep Dhankhar visited Shillong and Sohra on October 16-17 , 2024 and also laid the foundation stone of the Meghalaya Skill and Innovation Hub at Mawdiangdiang, New Shillong.
Before that, the then Vice President Venkaiah Naidu visited Shillong on October 4, 2021 to attend a programme of the North Eastern Council (NEC) and lay the foundation stone of the Shillong-Dawki road widening project.
